About Utah Injury Recovery Massage

Hi, I'm Cierra Nelson, licensed massage therapist and founder of Utah Injury Recovery Massage.

In 2014, I started experiencing daily migraines that would send me into stroke-like symptoms. After an overnight hospital stay and visiting serveral doctors for a month of ongoing tests I finally went to a chiropractor. He was able to figure out exactly what was leading to my stroke-like migraines, and together with massage therapy treatments I was finally able to feel well enough to go back to work and start having a social life again.

I was so grateful for how massage helped speed up my recovery, I wanted everyone to experience this same relief! In 2015, I started my schooling at Utah College of Massage Therapy and then graduated and became licensed in 2016.

Since then I have had my own fair share of injuries and have needed massage therapy to help me recover. After helping several others ease pain and speed up their recovery from injuries, I decided to open my own practice in 2019.

I know how frustrating it can be waiting for an injury to heal, which is why it is my mission to help you recover quickly and work to prevent future injuries. Please contact me with any questions. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
